By accessing or using Hawkeye, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users accessing the system on behalf of a dealership or organization.

Description of Service

Hawkeye provides an AI powered visitor intelligence platform that processes dealership camera feeds to generate event based operational insights.

The service includes dashboards, alerts, and reporting based on detected activity. Hawkeye Dealer Solutions does not function as a CRM and does not guarantee sales outcomes.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure proper authorization for camera connections
• Comply with applicable privacy and surveillance laws
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Dealerships are responsible for how insights are used internally.

Subscription and Billing

Access to Hawkeye may be subject to subscription fees as agreed separately.

Billing terms, payment schedules, and renewal conditions are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, and documentation related to Hawkeye are the exclusive property of Hawkeye or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Hawkeye is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawkeye shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Operational decisions based on platform insights remain the responsibility of the dealership.

Termination

Hawkeye may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.

Dealerships may terminate service in accordance with contractual terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction specified in the commercial agreement.
